1. About Fauji Club
Fauji Club is a membership community and benefits programme operated by BHLI LLP, designed primarily for defence personnel, ex-servicemen, veterans, and their eligible family members ("Target Community").
Fauji Club provides access to welcome benefits, partner offers, discounts, events, and other membership privileges as may be made available from time to time.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a member.
2.2 Certain membership tiers or benefits may be restricted to serving/retired defence personnel, paramilitary personnel, or their dependents, subject to verification of eligibility documents (e.g., service ID, discharge book, dependent card) as determined by BHLI LLP at its sole discretion.
2.3 BHLI LLP reserves the right to verify, reject, suspend, or revoke membership if eligibility criteria are not met or if false information is provided.
3. Membership Registration
3.1 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
3.3 Membership is personal and non-transferable unless explicitly permitted under a specific membership plan.
3.4 BHLI LLP reserves the right to accept or decline any membership application without assigning reasons.
4. Membership Benefits
4.1 Welcome benefits, partner discounts, cashback, offers, and privileges ("Benefits") are subject to change, withdrawal, or modification at any time without prior notice, at the sole discretion of BHLI LLP.
4.2 Benefits offered by third-party partners are subject to that partner's own terms, availability, and conditions. Fauji Club and BHLI LLP are not responsible for the quality, delivery, or fulfilment of third-party products or services.
4.3 Any misuse, fraudulent claim, or abuse of Benefits may result in immediate termination of membership and forfeiture of accrued benefits.
5. Fees and Payments
5.1 Membership may be free or fee-based as communicated at the time of enrolment. Any applicable fees, renewal charges, or taxes will be disclosed prior to payment.
5.2 All payments made are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy (if applicable) or as required by law.
5.3 BHLI LLP reserves the right to revise membership fees with reasonable prior notice to existing members.
6. Communications and Marketing
6.1 By registering, you consent to receive communications from Fauji Club via SMS, WhatsApp, email, phone calls (including automated/IVR calls), and other channels for account updates, offers, and promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable law.
6.2 You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by using the unsubscribe/opt-out mechanism provided, though transactional/service communications may continue.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems;
- Resell, transfer, or commercially exploit your membership or Benefits without authorization;
- Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including the "Fauji Club" name, logo, branding, graphics, text, and software, is the property of BHLI LLP or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Links and Partners
The Platform may contain links to or offers from third-party websites, brands, or partners. BHLI LLP does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
Any transaction with a third-party partner is solely between you and that partner.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, BHLI LLP, Fauji Club, and their officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or Benefits.
10.3 BHLI LLP's aggregate liability, if any, arising out of your use of the Services shall not exceed the membership fee (if any) paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.
11. Suspension and Termination
BHLI LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership, with or without notice, in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, misuse of Benefits, or at its sole business discretion.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BHLI LLP, Fauji Club, and their affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
13. Amendments
BHLI LLP reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members will be notified of material changes through the Platform or registered contact details.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Insert City], India.
